• Q: Just exactly how does Financing work?



• A: Financing is handled both by Crown or the seller. It usually requires 20% down with a set interest rate of 13% on the balance. Payments are made monthly over a 12 month period or until the balance is paid off.



• Q: If I decide to sell, what are my total costs?



• A: : Listing is FREE, when we sell the commission is 25%. That's it.
